You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership at any point in time. Cancelation and downgrade are effective at the end of your billing cycle. There are no refunds on memberships.

Questions & Answers

How is this different from an individual membership?

The Business Memberships use a unique License Key to register and enable each PC. Each PC will register to your account, without the need of logging into Discord.

Individual Memberships rely on Discord connectivity.

Is the branding applied globally?

Yes, you can edit the branding from the website. You have the option to select a Logo, Background Colors and a Backgroiund Animation of your choice.

Once saved, the branding will be applied to all PCs on the next Simhub restart.

Your customers will not be able to edit or make changes to your branding.

What if I need to register more than 20 PCs?

Contact us and we'll quote you for the number of PCs you require.

Do I need to purchase an extra license for the Administrator?

No, each Business Membership also includes one extra seat for the account holder, using Discord.

What if I need to scale down?

You can downgrade your Membership at any point in time. The downgrade will take effect at your next billing cycle.

What are the Privacy features?

Your customers will not be able to login using their Discord accounts, and features like the Online Platforms are disabled, to protect your customers' privacy.
